This document defines the foundational mission, vision, and values that guide the direction, decision-making, governance, programs, relationships, and culture of CODE 200. These statements serve as the organization’s philosophical foundation, ethical compass, and strategic alignment framework. All governance, operational, financial, and programmatic decisions must align with these principles.
We equip first responders and their families with tactical, bottom-up somatic tools and resources to navigate operational stress, bridging the gap between high-alert survival and true actionable presence to recalibrate their lives.
To build a world where those who answer the call never have to face the echo of crisis alone, sustained by resilient families, regulated nervous systems, and multidisciplinary communities that protect long-term physical and psychological health.
“Operational resilience, tactical longevity, and family wellness flourish through nervous system regulation, somatic safety, and unified community action.”
We prioritize the physiology of the nervous system first, bringing evidence-based, non-verbal somatic tools into the spaces where traditional talk therapy falls short.
We believe operational longevity is strengthened through:
Nervous system regulation
Somatic stabilization
Resourced communities
Actionable integration
We strive to move first responders out of chronological survival mode and autopilot so they can consciously process stress, reclaim their families, and evolve intentionally.
We value:
Curiosity over judgment
Somatic reflection
Continuous peer learning
Conscious personal, relational, and collective recalibration
We honor the profound trust placed in us by first responder agencies, front-line personnel, and their families. We commit to unwavering ethical leadership and operational sustainability.
We are committed to:
Ethical, clinical, and data-protected leadership
Sustainable growth
Responsible stewardship of donor, corporate, and agency resources
Long-term community and first responder wellbeing
We recognize that the tactical mindset requires a unique duality—the ability to deploy sharp operational high-alert when on duty, balanced with deep somatic rest and soft presence when at home.
We value:
High-resilency action and deep nervous system rest
Tactical structure and clinical flexibility
Individual operator accountability and collective family community
Ambitious organizational impact grounded in clinical integrity

The Mission, Vision, and Values of CODE 200 are intended to guide:
Governance decision-making and B2B partnership models
Program development (e.g., Resilient & Regulated Masterclass)
Facilitator, clinician, and peer mentor conduct
First responder, agency, and family relationships
Ethical leadership and tactical advocacy
Financial stewardship and scholarship distribution
Strategic planning for clinical licensing and clinic expansion

Code 200 is a modality finder, that’s what makes us unique. I am a recovery specialist so I would interview the client and see what they are dealing with in their specific situation and I would find them a couple different modality’s that could help them. Counseling is just one modality that we offer Code 200 offers many different modalities to help a client situation. I think this needs to be really conveyed on the website because this is what truly makes us different than just going to a therapist.
Yes. Clear, respectful communication is at the heart of healthy relationships. We’ll give you tools to communicate more effectively—even when emotions run high or words are hard to find. You’ll learn how to hear each other again and feel safe in tough conversations.
First responder roles and high-stress professions come with unique challenges—trauma exposure, sleep disruption, emotional withdrawal, and more. These stressors don’t stay at work—they follow you home. CODE200 helps both partners understand why these changes happen and how to navigate them together, instead of alone.
I feel alone even though we’re together. Can you help with that?
Absolutely. Loneliness in a relationship is more common than most people realize—especially in duty-bound partnerships. Our work focuses on rebuilding emotional intimacy and connection, so you can feel like a team again.
Code 200 gives you tools and finds you resources to down regulate your nervous system so you can transition from on duty survival mode to off duty, to a healthy baseline. Allowing you to have actionable tools and rituals to decompress daily.
We specialize in couples where at least one partner serves in a high-impact role (e.g., police, fire, EMS, military, healthcare). We understand the culture, the silence, and the emotional armor. This isn’t just relationship help it is responder resilience—it’s tailored support for your lifestyle.
Many couples experience:
- Increased emotional connection
- Better communication and fewer blow-ups
- More empathy and understanding for each other’s experiences
- Renewed intimacy and partnership
- A plan to protect your relationship moving forward
No. CODE200 is coaching—focused on tools, education, and forward movement. If deeper trauma or mental health needs emerge, we do have a therapist that assists also. The Peer Coach is a First Responder allowing the coaching to go outside the treatment walls of a therapy office, but the therapist on staff allows partners to move forward in scientifically backed techniques.
Many first responder, benefits and specialize mental health funds cover counseling services, but we are bigger than counseling services. We are resource management finder based on your specific needs. Code 200 looks for coverage based on the modality that is required for your specific needs based on province, state or agency we can map out your exact options during your initial consultation call.
